How do I avail refund or exchange?

Customers can directly call or email us with their order ID to avail return or exchange. Return and exchange take 2-4days to get processed.
Do I receive the same plants/pots as shown in the images?

Yes, all customers will receive the same plants as shown in the product images. Although product color and size may slightly vary due to the normal variation of each plant. Pots dimensions may rarely have a tolerance of 5℅. Still, if the customer is not satisfied with the quality of products then they can ask for a refund or exchange or not accept their order at the time of delivery within Lucknow. Remember live plants are non refundable for Customers outside Lucknow. We offer CASH ON DELIVERY service in Lucknow if you don't like your product, please don't pay us anything.
Do we accept bulk orders? If yes then how we can place the order?

Yes, we do accept bulk orders also. We recommend not to place a bulk order on our website. Call/WhatsApp us to make your order for large quantity requirements.
How does our delivery system work locally?

Local Delivery in Lucknow is completely managed and operated by our own delivery system without any third-party delivery/courier service. We deliver your Product by our own delivery vehicle to all customers within Lucknow. While delivering with our own service, we firmly pack all the products well to ensure that you get your products safe and in healthy condition. Shipping outside Lucknow is managed by third-party services like FEDEX, DELHIVERY, XPRESSBEE, INDIA POST, ETC. For more information about shipping and delivery. Read our shipping and delivery policy.
I am facing an issue with my order transaction?

We recommend first check everything from your end and then call us back with your order ID or transaction ID. We will then analyze the issue and resolve your issue.
I am from Lucknow and want to visit your local Nursery

Sorry, but we don't have any physical nursery to visit. We manage everything from our home office near kamta, chinhut, Lucknow. Even though if you wish to meet us then definitely you can. Call us to fix your meeting appointment if you wish to discuss any business-related query. We are planning to launch our Physical store in the coming few years. Till then we request you to order from our website which is more convenient and easy to shop from.
